Reorganizing my digital self
I’ve decided to reorganize my digital self, my presence online. This “tumblelog” is now replacing my rather stale blog. Mobile photos will no longer appear on flickr, but rather here or on twitter using twitpic or similar services. Flickr is reserved for more high quality images. My lifestream, connecting various social networks and services, is now available on...

Crackberry
This is something I’ve noticed before, but it really got confirmed on my most recent flight over to the US; Blackberry (or Crackberry) has manage to create total addiction among it’s users. About 15 minutes before touchdown, the american Blackberry user across the aisle picked up the his phone and just sat there, phone in hand, waiting for the moment that he could turn it on. Seconds...

"Please stop moving this. It is delicately...
At the SEMC office at Guantanamo, Lund there now seems to be a lot of communication going on using notes being posted just about everywhere. These notes state anything from “Don’t walk to heavily, since this will rock the whole building” to “Don’t talk on the phone in the kitchenette”. New notes seem to spring up every once in a while. Every time I see one of...

Spam vs microformats
Some three years ago, Google introduced the concept of “nofollow” rel attributes on links. The idea was to try to handle the huge problems with link spam that plagued, and still plague, blogs and any other site allowing users to post comments with links. The “nofollow” attribute on links would indicate to search engines that the link should not be followed and subsequently...
